We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The front desk staff, especially Simon, were incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable right from the start. They went above and beyond to explain all the options available to us and their courtesy and helpfulness were unmatched. The hotel is kept impeccably clean, with a pleasant odor throughout the rooms and public spaces thanks to the use of high-quality cleaning detergents. The cleaning staff were also friendly and polite, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We recently enjoyed a weekend getaway at a place surrounded by ample greenery and peaceful landscapes. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. the room was comfortable, cozy and spacious with great attention to cleanliness, our bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. the breakfast buffet was sumptuous, offering a great mix of both Asian and Western cuisine, including fresh fruits, waffles, tea eggs and delicious baozi. the pool was one of the hotel's highlights, with well-maintained changing rooms and exceptional service.

We spent our Easter weekend in a hotel that offered an amazing breakfast buffet with a mix of Asian and Western options. The gym was very well equipped, and the room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed its proximity to parks and attractions, making it a great location for exploring the city.

The hotel's location is quite isolated, making shopping and dining options limited. Special orders have to be made to the hotel kitchen or going to nearby shops that close early.

We appreciated the pool service and comfy room.
